The essence of galvanizing – what we want to give you

Hot dip galvanizing is the process of protecting cast iron and steel products against corrosion by coating them with zinc through immersion in liquid zinc. Hot dip galvanizing is a method of immersion. This means that both the surface preparation and zinc coating are carried out by immersion of construction elements in baths, which contain baths of the appropriate chemical composition. This technology ensures that every crevice can be reached, cleaned and protected against corrosion. The final stage of the galvanizing process is the application of zinc coating on clean steel elements, which are dipped in molten zinc.

During the design of our plant we selected the technology and equipment will take into account the Best Available Techniques (BAT) in the field of continuous hot dip galvanizing published by the European Commission in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 paragraph 2 of Directive 91/61/EC.
